Nach der Ausbildung in einem der führenden Hotels Deutschlands erwarb Sie nach ihrem BWL-Studium profunde Erfahrung als Projektleiterin Verkaufsförderung eines großen Reiseveranstalters. Es folgte der Wechsel in den Bereich Weiterbildung der Deutschen Bahn mit Ausbildung zur Trainerin und Konzeptionistin für Weiterbildung in der Zentrale der Deutschen Bahn in Frankfurt. Seit 20 Jahren ist Sie Gesellschafterin und Geschäftsführerin der HPS Deutschland GmbH und der Vogt Training Group GmbH.
