Professional background
Thomas initially worked for an Austrian insurer and then for RLB Tirol, with responsibility in both companies for continuous professional development. He then became regional director of Sparkassen Versicherung and was in charge of sales and employees in the province of Tyrol. Since 2004 Thomas has been an independent management consultant specialising in employee development and training.
