Professional background
Magnus has more than 14 years of sales experience gained from working in various industries. He began his career as a project manager for a management consultancy, going on to be key account manager for an IT company. He then took on the post of head of sales with responsibility for a team of 50 employees at a leading consumer electronics retailer.
Today Magnus works as an independent coach. His client base is mostly made up of executives and athletes whom he helps to overcome the obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their individual goals. In his work he focuses on everyone’s ability to develop positive communication skills, thereby boosting employees’ commitment and motivation levels.
