Detlef has worked as a presentation skills trainer in various industries for many years. He also teaches NLP and systemic coaching. He has headed the marketing and sales departments of renowned German newspapers and cosmetics companies. Detlef is now an independent communication trainer and coach with his own training company. He is trained in psychology, specifically innovative therapeutic and systemic methods, and is the chairman of the German NLP Coaching Association.
