Professional background

Peter Hinterhölzl has gathered many years of experience in the fields of Financial Services and adult trainings. He was sales director at the Austrian savings and loan association, after which he moved on to Allianz Insurance. There, he was recognised for his technical competence and sales skills and became responsible for the acquisitive filed representatives. Currently, Peter Hinterhölzl is leading the sales department for Austrian in a large German financial services provider. During his 20 years of experience as an active trainer, Peter Hinterhölzl has trainer more than 4000 participants and is also a lecturer for applied financial mathematics at the Donau University in Krems.

Schien is Training & Creative Director as well as associate of HPS. He founded the presentation agency "NINAN Outstanding Presentations", which was later integrated into HPS. In 2009, he was awarded the "Alumni of the Year" award by his Alma Mater FH Vienna and in 2011 recognized for his "outstanding entrepreneurial achievements" by WU Vienna. As head of his presentation agency and as associate at the Institute for International Business he gained presentation experience in the USA, Canada, China, Brazil, Spain and Vietnam. He has worked with companies such as Porsche, Red Bull, Austrian Lotteries, MAN, HDI Insurance and Boehringer Ingelheim.

As Creative Director Schien is responsible for the continuous development of HPS trainings. He uses his presentation know-how for the conception of high-end presentations and executive coachings. Ivo Rehak is an engineer, has got the state exam for the German language and various advanced trainings in marketing and sales.

Professional Background

Ivo Rehak’s background lies in the fields of training, sales management and marketing. He received his training expertise as sales trainer and head of training department and his sales and marketing know-how as sales manager CEE and marketing manager in Czech Republic at the Konica Minolta Group. After 8 years at Minolta he changed position and started as marketing manager at the British company Freeport and later at the Austrian company bauMax. At bauMax he was not only responsible for the marketing department but also for public relation and communications. Back to the roots he became an independent trainer for communication and presentation skills which lead him to HPS. He became partner of HPS in Czech Republic.

Katalin Zeiner worked alternately for Hungarian and Austrian firms in both countries. Professional Background

For a number of years, Anita Dall was a teacher and trainer at secondary academic schools and institutes for adult education, among them 1 year at the University of Mississippi, USA, as a guest lecturer. She was Program Officer for the Fulbright Commission in Vienna for 3 years, and then became Head of the Division for Undergraduate Exchange and International Short Programs at the International Office of Vienna University of Economics and Business. As Product & Quality Manager at HPS, Anita is now in charge of HPS portfolio’s didactics. Her experience as presenter and speaker at major events, as well as international experience in Spain, Mexico and Costa Rica complement her combined expertise in pedagogics and business.

Martin Meirhofer is Austrian but he lived in the UK for a total of 7 years.
